Interviews/Tours

Tours of the facilities are scheduled with the director and are available on a weekly basis. To request an individualized or group tour, please call the Administrative Director at 301-449-0322 or 240-535-9914.

On completion of the tour, interested parties will receive an application and resident contract. Once the facility has been selected as a provider, our nurse will visit with the potential resident and complete the required resident assessment. The Administrator will also make all the required contacts with social workers, other providers, equipment suppliers to facilitate a smooth transaction to our facility.
